Full kitchen with appliances: Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave.Basic utilities are included for undergrad students.Basic utilities are typically included (water, heat, internet, sewer). Cleaning bathrooms, kitchenettes and other apartment areas will be the responsibility of the residents living in the space. University Residences also takes responsibility for furnishing each apartment with basic furniture such as a bed, mattress, desk and in some cases where space allows, a small dinette set. Students living in one of our master lease locations must abide by the guidelines for University Residences.Īll master leased apartments offer a kitchenette, living space and on-site parking at most properties. That includes having University Residences support and access to a meal plan with the added independence of apartment living. Students who live in UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences housing contract and will enjoy the same benefits as those living in our traditional residence halls. Others are located on the CityBus line (free to Purdue students, faculty and staff). These locations are all close to campus and in some cases, on campus. University Residences (UR) has worked with campus and community partners to secure additional housing to meet the high demands of housing on campus called Master Leases.
